The Midway Collective is a national network of Midway Ventures chapters, first founded at the University of Chicago in 2014.
Midway exists to serve the pre-founder: students with talent, curiosity, and ambition who have not yet had exposure, confidence, or permission to believe that founding is a real path for them.
We are the first structured national platform where undergraduates interested in venture capital and entrepreneurship can experiment with building, thinking, and developing a conviction even before deciding to become a founder.
Accelerators take companies from zero to one. We take undergraduates
from zero to one.
At our chapters, we institutionalize early-stage exposure to startups at the undergraduate level. Through our various initiatives, students gain a platform to begin their journeys in venture earlier along with like-minded students.
